My Flower- request

It's a Disney moment! lol.

I have no idea how managed to talk me into this. None. But somehow, she managed.

This was a request from way back in october/november. (I'm sorry that I didn't finish it before now, Cilia. I also hope it turned out something like what you wanted.)
I hope Cilia's costume looks right. I tried >.>

Note to self: Next time, don't wait until you can't draw to finish somebody's request.
...So I tried to fix it up with detailedness... see how well that turned out.
I used no brushes except for default photoshop brushes and ones I made myself. (for the cherry blossoms/petals.) I saved the brush set, so if enough people ask, I might submit it for all to use
