The Deal

Hey,
This was supposed to be the key illustration of a cool graphic novel here. I drew several pieces for this project but the writer couldn't find any serious support for a graphic novel from publishers (what a shame for a country).
But unfortunately it will be on shelf as a "novel" in 2010.(I mean... I hope so)

So, it has been a full year since we first started; I think it's time to share the pieces with you. Although they are that old, I hope you'd like to see some mystic stuff from me. Göktuğ Canbaba, the author, created a whole new story with dozens of characters. So, my one and only role into this project is bringing his imaginary to the images. Hail to mighty Canbaba , I'm dedicating this to you!

Our story based on some Islamic beliefs and feeds from Ottoman Empire. So unluckily; no salt, no bullet, no Winchesters this time

Pek değerli Göktuğ Canbaba'nın son romanı için hazırladığım çalışmalardan biri. Hala raflarda yerimizi alamamış olsak da kendisiyle çalışma şansını yakaladığım için son derece mutluyum.
Proje bana geldiğinde roman bitmişti. Hikaye ve anlatım tarzına bayılmıştım, dolayısıyla çalışmaya başladım. Geçtiğimiz sene bu zamanlarda bu ve bunun gibi bazı görselleri bitirdik (planda ilk olarak resimli roman olması vardı) ve fakat yayınevlerinden bir yıldır ciddi destek bulamadık. Yaza doğru raflarda romanını bulmanız kuvvetle muhtemel olan bu süper projeyi kaçırmayın derim. Zira Göktuğ Canbaba gibi usta bir zihinden çıkması bir yana, bize has birşeyler anlatması dolayısıyla da tadından yenmiyor.
