2012 - 2012
Another year went by -
Hardly spent any time on dA - well, no time on Journals - as noticable by title - ( and previous entry )
What has happened?
Not really that much... still enjoying the work at the magazine ( www.nzoutdoor.co.nz )
Still enjoying the car we got last year, still enjoying the house we moved in last year ( so much - we even work from home now )
We have had the Rena freightship disaster right here at our beaches - which is still doing damage to the environment.
The Tintin movie came out - but I still haven't seen it. I am waiting for the Bluray....
There's been some good telly,
Lotsa changes already this year...
The main two ...
1) We traded in our Celica for a silver Toyota Camry Sportivo ( 2004)
2) As our rental place had been put on the market we decided to look for another place and found the ideal spot this week!
So - "new" car and "new" house all in one week!
We shift on Feb. 7 ...
So pretty busy times ahead - expect heaps of cool photos next month...
Not QUITE there yet - 55555 pageviews - but close enough,
it's a nice number and it's my birthday week, so I can do what I want.
43 ... wow - How the years have flown by since good old 1967.
It has been an eventful year so far -
the main reason why I haven't been so active for a while.
A lot of my old watchers seem to have either left dA or given up commenting.
My most viewed deviation is Texture - Water Drop with 24,213 views
Submitted FIVE years ago -
I have taken some more waterdrop photos last week -
I will add a few more at some stage this week.
It has been a year since we started doing the
X what you saw
- O what you haven't finished or saw sizable portions
- <3 what you loved

For the last few months things have been a bit silent -
We have been quite busy work wise - great new clients and projects - and the third magazine we design has just gone to print.
But ... family wise, Debra's father hasn't been that well.
Since he was submitted into the hospital a couple of months ago now, he has gotten a lot worse.
The doctors believe he had some minor strokes and is now suffering from dementia and alzheimers.
He doesn't talk and I am not sure if he even knows who we are anymore.
Things haven't been that well in communicating with Debra's sister and her mother either,
who frankly, both, seem to
