Happy Birthday, Rydan!
I think this is the first time I'm offically drawing him.
I figured, since I have actually drawn him for a collab, I'd draw him in his prince outfit. ~anijel mentioned that the pattern on his tunic should be something swirly and silvery...but I kinda liked what she did with the cross-hatch, so I did that instead. Still looks all princely and whatnot. 
(I sorta feel like I should have stole his prince outfit design for Robert rather than Amir's, but whatever. I do like it, though.)
He looks all surly and whatnot because, in the story, he's being controlled by this dragon bracelet that's making him act like an ass. This is why I really want her to finish the story, so I can see him not act all paranoid and whatnot. She gave us a taste...then took it away!
Anyway, not much to say about this one, other than I like it. (He gets a sword because that's very prince-like.
) I hope you do as well, ~anijel!

Is it just me, or did he get darker than before? Not that I'm complaining -- he actually looks quite nice. >.> It just caught me by surprise. But somehow it still works on him. Maybe it's because he already tends to wear dark colours, and the dark skin complements that nicely, I don't know. But he looks nice, if a bit surly. That bracelet tends to do that. You'd think he'd know to take it off, but somehow it makes its' way back on his wrist whether he wants it or not. Cursed objects tend to do that, somehow.
Oddly enough, even though it's supposed to be some sort of swirly fabric, like the fancy patterns we use, I also kinda like the crosshatching. It's not silver, but the dark-on-dark colouring suits Rydan. I like it very much; like the title says, he looks very princely/regal. Possessed princely/regal, but I can only hope ~anijel will be kind and lift the curse temporarily. Ideally longer than a night or so, but we'll see. >.> Good to see you found some time to art.
