Medieval Sailors

Since I decided to rewrite Angelus Dei in July for Camp NaNoWriMo, that pretty much means redrawing all the art from ten years ago.  Well, not all the art, just, like, the important ones, I guess?

This one isn't super important, obviously, but considering that fact that two of the characters got updated, I figured, you know, that'd I'd make an updated version of it to reflect the change.

From left to right, we have Callisto-chan's Aoide (Coral) as Sailor Innsmä, Anijel's Anijel as Sailor...Traverty (I don't know what her land is called), and Buttercup as Sailor Altaire.

I'm not overly thrilled with how Coral turned out, but that was mostly because i'm not used to drawing thicc characters and there's just something off about her.  Nothing bad, but it just doesn't feel right to me.  But I suppose it's fine.   Anijel and Buttercup both turned out super cute, though!  And Coral did as well, honestly.

What I like about this version as supposed to the last one is that their normal outfits reflected their elements pretty well, so I just went with modifying those into guardian uniforms rather than their 'fancy' outfits.  Looks way better this way!

Nothing really special, just an obligatory turn-our-OCs-into-sailor-guardians picture, because...why not?  :P
