Thank you, thank you. Being a Dr. Who fan myself, it's nice to hear when my Who work is appreciated by other Who fans. :)

Good answer, good answer. ;) Must confess that I SHOULD have found a way to include Eccleston in there, but aw well, maybe I'll do one just of him.

Ten is wonderful, but Four is a legend.

Ten was my very first Doctor and he was my absolutely favorite before I watched my first episode with Four.

But I love both,
although Four is my absolutely favorite, followed by Ten, Nine, Three, Seven and Six. :)

I don't know anything about One, Two and Five.

Your to 3 equate exactly with mine. Four was the first I was exposed to, and will always be quintessential in my mind. As for nine and ten, honestly, I wasn't sure how the eff Tenant was ever going to measure up to Eccleston, but he did, and, frankly, the extra seasons beyond Nine's probably didn't hurt, but yeah.

Honestly, though, it's kind of like Star Trek Captains for me: Kirk is Kirk, I mean, what can you say? Legend, icon, etc. Always have a huge lace in my heart, but if you get right down to it, Sisko's my man. Very similarly, Baker is the legend, the icon, and my "first", so he will always and forever be loved, but Tenant's my Doctor if I'm pinned down. Followed very, very closely by Eccleston.

Great thing about these shows, you can talk this stuff all day long. :)
