Aurora and the Milky way

Please follow my Facebook page, where you can get a first look at my images, as well as get all the info about my work, photo tours and other news.

Another aurora shot from an amazing evening.
A long exposure at a very high ISO was necessary, since the aurora istelf wasn't very strong. On the bright side, it allowed me to reveal a zillion stars, and their reflections on the silent waters of Jökulsárlón.
This was the coldest I've ever felt in my life.

If you'd like to experience and shoot this magical location, among many other incredible icy sceneries, you're welcome to join my upcoming 'Land of Ice' Iceland winter workshop taking place January 2013.
Please click the link for more details, and contact me with any questions about the workshop.

Please check out my Iceland winter gallery for more icy landscapes!

Oh woooowww. I love both of them, milky way and aurora !!! :happybounce: :happybounce: :happybounce:
Especially the aurora, I want to see it so badly, because in my hometown (tropical country) I can't see aurora.
Hopefully, I could visit there one day and see something amazing like this directly.
Beautiful picture! Love it !!!!! Heart Heart Heart
