I started this in December but only finished it this week~ 
I have always wanted to draw something featuring something out of Narnia, so why not the lamp post? I just really love the books <33
Featuring Gaia because why not ^^

Also, i let this be the first of my OC-Series where i try to draw each one of my characters in a lore pictures <33
And gaia basically represents me, so i didn't want to draw her sitting on my desk but instead connected with one of my fav books

I am trying to improve too, so.. what is different here?
Well... i tried to make the colours really pretty and also try to use better shadows here? Also trying to make the focused points more detailed~ It worked with the nearer trees i guess and the lamp post itself but Gaia is detailed as a whole.. no idea how to change that though without painting her the next time XD (maybe i should try painting everything next time lol). And her head pose was actually pretty hard for me, took me several tries haha

But, enough the words, i hope you like the picture itself <33
