Kunoichi of the Snow Clan

If you have played Disgaea 2, you know why I did this. If you remember, it was pointed out in the game that Rozelin's eyes glow much like members of the Snow Clan Ninjas. (much like a blood trait for all you Naruto fans out there) So, it's rumored that maybe Roselin's bloodline might just be from the Snow Clan.

(SPOILERS)
But, in the end of the game, it turns out that Rozelin is actualy Overlord Zenon reincarnated. What some fans think is that Zenon was reborn as a member of the Snow Clan, and the fake Zenon killed the Clan to get to the reborn Zenon.

The costume comes from several sources, including Kasumi from Dead or Alive.
