Braodway and Angela's Kids by equigoyle Braodway and Angela's Kids by equigoyle
This is a character design drawing I did for Broadway and Angela's future children. Still looks good, but I think Gwen could use more modest attire.

They look good. If your really that concerned about Gwens outfit, just add straps to the top. I actually (oddly) like her outfit.

Well, if the choice had beej left up to me I would have. But when I originally did this image it was so other artists could referen e the characters for the TGS project, which is now all but dead. I may still do that, though. Do my own take on that skimpy dress and stuff.

If you do redo them do them in different poses. I'd like a good look at them.

lol when i found out these two were gonna have kids i figured the oldest would be very calm, taking after goliath's personality, the youngest would be a spitfire of energy and a complete mama's boy, and the daughter would become a head police detective, after being influenced by elisa and her father's love of old cop movies.

Samson's design is pretty cool, but the armor is kinda too much. That's the only thing I think is odd about it. Definitely cool though.

The old guy isn't Samson, that's his older brother. And that's kind of the way they wanted it in TGS. A sort of Hudson/Goliath cross since those are the grandfathers to all of these kids.

Well, I meant the armor itself was too intricate, not that he shouldn't have any. I still think you did an excellent job. I'd really love to see Greg Guler's interpretation of all of them.

He was one of the original character designers for the show and the comic. He did all of the pencil work for the SLG comic covers and one of the issues. Very awesome stuff.

I like this. Seems like Lancelot has a pirate fixation, though. I like Gwen's outfit, though I could almost see Broadway going "You are NOT leaving the castle dressed like that, young lady!" Artus looks a lot like his two grandfathers. He seems to be thinking "I'm not related to these two, am I?"

Hehe! Thanks.

It was originally done for TGS and then, the character Lancelot was called Samson. I think when they started TGS, the Timedancer series, they weren't aware of a 'Lancelot'. Or they were but they just simplified things. Dunno for sure anymore. :P

At this point, he was in a weird phase where he wanted to wear that mask. Don't know why anymore on that either. ^^!

And yes.... Broadway would DEFINITELY NOT let Gwen out with that outfit. :)

Artus is, yeah, pretty much just 'grinning and bearing it' in this image... But I'm glad he came out looking a bit like Hudson and Goliath. That was, after all, kind of what they, and I, wanted.

Thanks for looking too! :)

Yeah, I remember TGS. Trouble with Lancelot is, I keep thinking of that song "His Name is Lancelot" from /Spamalot/.

No affiance but,

I think that the blue and green siblings need a more
"grotesque" facial features as gargoyles.

their faces look a little
too human. the brown one is OK.

Nope. They're supposed to look that way. Not all the gargoyles from Disney's gargoyles are the same form of groteques you see on cathedrals and old buildings like notre dame. These are more stylized.

he looks more like his grandfather, on Broadway's side, who is none other than Hudson.

I'm sort of late with this comment, but I like it, the pic and like the characters, the TGS staff made a great job with them.

I have to say Gwen is my favourite of the three.
