Honestly, this is starting to frustrate me, as I'm primarily an arranging musician and not a pixel or traditional artist. I've pretty much left Newgrounds thanks to zerobombers there, and Flash seems to hate me, so it'd be best if there were a category for music.
MX does support MP3, which is why this is getting on my nerves -- the first time I had it it had no problem with any of my music or audio clips.
Okay, so I got Flash MX back, yay! Though now I have a problem to do with importing music to use as menu background music: Flash throws an error at me saying it can't read my MP3s.. and that's all the error says. I've made sure they're not higher in bitrate than Flash's upper limit (160kbps) and unfortunately changing sample rate through Audacity is a no-go as that screws up the speed. Can I get help with this, as I'm a Pivot animator, and to put my animations here I need to flash them.
