Heres something I got finished couple of months ago. 
But never got to use it, cause was unable to finish the costume in time....
I almost finished the Medigun, but the pack was a bit hard to start on....
I didn't had the propper.
But now I have about a year to work on it.

good work other than it looks a little small in relation to your hand ( already typed when I saw your earlier comment) so yo were going for a medium between reality and the strange world of tf2 I approve this(I am also happy the second of any prop many of us make tends to be of higher quality( I can only imagine how cool that could be)).
