An crazed digital being of mysterious origin, who is as powerful as they are mentally deranged. They are extremely cruel and tend to mock those they comes across. They are also emotionally unstable, as it isn't unusual for them to go from being cheery to being angry and then sad.

Arcadia loves to blur the line between fiction and reality, as though they tend to reside in some digital realm, they are able to transport themselves into the real world. They also tend to abduct people and trap them into their world, where they make their victims play games or be tormented in simulations for their own amusement.
