well iff you want to join the qantm that is in amsterdam you might have problems with programming because they dont have that many students that want to do the programming side so in amsterdam it has been canceld for some time i think that they will resume it when there are enough people that are interested.
but if you join a programming course on an other qantm i think you can get the jobs you want if you work hard and network around on school and the activities that the school might throw at you.. it is all about the network you build up and the portfolio you have.
