Seeing Red

This commences what will probably be a deluge of art as I post large amounts of pictures that I've been working on over the last year or so. D: Anyway, there's only one other today, but be warned...D: There'll be more as long I remember/have the motivation to post.

More of Souzou. Pretty much when I'm idly doodling, he's one of my common subjects. The brunette is ~kaleidoneko's character, Umeko. They're our dynamic duo in a Bleach RP. 8D

I'm not sure why Umeko's unconscious/dead, seeing how Souzou appears to have received more damage. Maybe she's sleeping and Souzou is being a freak/stalker/pervert/all of the above? That's well within the realm of possibility.

Anyway, I'm going to try to pry myself away from the emo deviations. This is the third one from that above angle with the sad atmosphere. D: *fails* But the angles from above are far more fun!


Haaaaah. This was originally just going to be posted as a sketch...Then as a sketch with only the blood highlighted. Then with only Souzou coloured. Then with only Souzou shaded. Then fully coloured. But never a background. D: As much as I need practice with backgrounds, I would rather do so on paper.


And...Daaah. Umeko never turned out no matter how hard I tried. I swear I fixed Umeko'sarm so that it looked less...wonky. But alas, it is still in a strange position. I also tried to fix her hair, but it looked bad no matter what. D:

Ah well. I gave up on caring about the anatomical correctness of this drawing, seeing how I noticed a great deal of the mistakes once I was halfway through CGing.
