Street Fighter characters: Guile

It's a cool painting, nice gesture and attitude your giving.

What I'm wondering is that smoke in the background, does it tell a story?
I like the tilting, but it is too much, if you tilt it less, it would help to balance out your painting.
Going over your technique, I would make that smoke less puffy, less dark and thinner because it is taking away attention. Your left wrist and hand , how they are look like they are one part, there needs to be more structure for the hand to make it look they are two parts. The finger that is grabbing the shades, I had to really zoom in to notice it, extending it or changing the hand by having also the thumb grab the shades could help. Right now it looks more like Guile is placing his fist on his head. The reflected light have green from the outfit hitting back also, the airplane on the back could blurred a bit to knock it back, because it looks to be in the same ground as Guile. The letters on the wings could be straighter to look good and placing them more out on the wing to see them, or removing them. The belt loops loop like they are part of the belt and not the pants, they need to look like they are part of the pants.

Overall, it has a great rendering going on, but the tilting and the smoke is too much.
