So the base price of Plumeria would be $60. For full commercial rights to the character and works produced featuring it, that would come to $180.
As for the agreement, it would be for using the purchased character in for-profit commercial works such as published material, merchandise, or marketing. My one request is typically that the buyer does not create a closed species out of the adoptable, or otherwise subsequently ban me from creating similar adoptables or personal works in the future.
I prefer to put copyright purchases in writing, just so there’s a record of the parties and terms involved.

Adoption Fair - Fallen Flowers [OPEN]

Commercial rights = minimum +100% of the price of a piece
Copyright = minimum +300% of the price of a piece, and will require a written agreement

There is of course a degree of variability, such as between something like using an adoptable design as a marketable VTuber persona, or using a painted illustration as a book cover for publication, but those are the basic terms I keep listed in my catalogue, as a baseline.

Adoption Fair - Fallen Flowers [OPEN]

In general, adoptables purchased from me are intended for non-commercial use. However, as with commission work, I am open to negotiation at any point regarding commercial rights, which are treated as a separate purchase and agreement.

Additionally, the core design elements should remain recognizable. Creating alternate or additional forms (feral, anthro, human-like, etc.) or adding things like tattoos is fine, as long as the base design itself is consistent and identifiable. Gender edits are also perfectly acceptable, and can even be requested upon purchase, along with minor edits (such as the number of eyes).

I am also open to design commissions in the style of adoptables, for people who are looking for something more specific or different from what is available in a given set. I will also often make additional "custom adopts" available to Patrons following the launch of a set.

I hope that helps!

I would say the size of the humanoid head is roughly equivalent to that of the average human, as a point of reference.

In his case, he was discarded after being deemed "obsolete."

He was made to be a specialized soldier in a war that reached its conclusion. He, and many like him, were relocated to what was effectively a prison, because they had no purpose and no real rights being anything other than what they were originally designed to be. They weren't real.

He was a good soldier until there was no further use for him. He does not chase vengeance, however. His goal instead is to just help others of his kind as they try to figure out what to do now. Find a new place and purpose. Something other than war. He tries his best to focus on his community and his found family in the present, rather than the bitter aftertaste of a past he cannot change.
