The positioning is a bit weird making her body look bulky and there's a little too much airbrushing in her face, otherwise great shot. I mean, the girl's got such a pretty face, why blur unrecognizeable?
It's not the skin being flawless that makes the picture looks strange, but the area around her nose and under her eyes looks somehow unfocused... Well, you yourself know better, so maybe it's just the lighting or something.
