* matching colors is an adjustment under the 'image' settings, the effect depends on the color of your image. If you want to use this effect after applying a photoshop action, first flatten your image and then go to image - adjustments - match colors and set to your own preferences. This effect may harm your photo so make sure to play the action 'new document' before applying any action. To not harm your work I've added a similar effect named matching colors effect, it will give you a modified yet similar effect before applying 1990 to the settings I used.

So, been trying different effects using different tools, hope you like this set been working on it, though I can't assure you that you'd always get the same effect because my actions are, now available as, easy to play with, easy to adjust to your own personal taste. 

I'm still learning though so it may not be as perfect as I want to.
