I made this a while ago for myself and just decided to put it on here for the world to enjoy RBD's cutie mark in their taskbar 
Contains three different PNGs, each with different effects applied, that mimic default windows orb's looks, resulting in a nice and clean experience. If you don't want any effects, use 1.png for all three states.
Use the "Windows 7 Start Button Creator" by Kishan Bagaria to apply 1.png, 2.png and 3.png from there: [link]
The included BMP may or may not work with other start orb replacement methods. (From my testing it didn't, maybe someone else is luckier)
