Inspiration:
Staring at the bottom of your glass
Hoping one day you'll make a dream last
But dreams come slow and they go so fast
You see her when you close your eyes
Maybe one day you'll understand why
Everything you touch surely dies
But you only need the light when it's burning low
Only miss the sun when it starts to snow
Only know you love her when you let her go
Only know you've been high when you're feeling low
Only hate the road when you're missing home
Only know you love her when you let her go.
-Let Her Go, Passenger

Another fun art trade with MerylMiles of her girl Zelda this time, you can see her half here of my silly boy Rufio. Zelda, in three words, is kind, intelligent, and light. She's sweet and pure and loyal possibly to a fault. I am unashamedly in love with her as a character and I can't wait to see what she does. I'm also super pleased with how this image came out, from the color change to the over all feel, I wanted something a bit ethereal and almost mystical feeling. I think I did a pretty good job. Hope you like it dear!
I'd love any and all feedback/tips/and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Please view in full size.

I just want to start off to say what a beautiful piece this is, as I already said in my earlier comment. I love the lighting and the overall soft feel, you really got that spot on. The soft glow around the character gives her a light and pretty look, she looks so gentle and understanding in this piece. You did a stunning job taking the lighting into consideration and showing it very well on both the wolf and the ground. The grounding is impressive, as well as the attention to detail. I don't have much to say about this image, you are really coming into your own as an artist and I have loved watching you grow!
The only things that I notice is the hardness of some of the white lines/fur detail. They look really good around most of the body, just the ones around the back, tail, and on the legs. I think that they need to be softened just a touch! The rest of the detailing is amazing, and adds on to her glowing look. The other thing is the eye shine/little white dot on the eye. (I never know what to call it...) For my eyes, I blur it out a little and lower the opacity so that it looks more soft and reflective.
Other than that, way to go! This is still one of my favorite pieces from you and I cannot wait to see even more from you!

I appreciate all your kind words, I feel like I'm starting to find my 'groove' and it's great to hear such good feedback!
