Hello,
You need a program like Adobe Photoshop or another art program that allows you to have LAYERS. You can copy and paste the image on top of your art in another layer. Then you adjust the transparency of the layer, or in Adobe Photoshop you use the drop down menu by layers to change it from "normal" to "multiply" then adjust the brightness/saturation to your desired look.
