Circa 2006-2007 I experienced a fashion design phase.  I had recently discovered that my satellite television had music channels (lol) and during the day [since I was unemployed u_u] I would listen to the techno/dance/house/fist-pumping station.  I would sit down and sketch out an outfit according to what my mind saw as I listened to the lyrics and rhythm.  I limited it to 3 songs per outfit, or at least until I was satisfied with the design.  What I developed, to this day, is very creative in my opinion.

But these days, in 2012 when I'm supposedly suppose to be this "seasoned artist" I struggle to develop good designs, whether it's just a nice outfit or a complete character.  Perhaps it's because I got away from the stimulation of the music experience?  Or maybe it's some form of art block?  Or maybe I need to "get out" more?  Or maybe I've hit the peak of my art career? (I'm definitely hoping that last one isn't the case).

Anyway, I'm just rambling because I no longer desire to draw tonight.  But I seriously do need to find some good music to work by again. :icongo-on-plz:

There's no such thing as a peak in art I don't know where people get that from. Just rest and do something completely different from what you normally do in art.
