RULES FOR USE

NONCOMMERCIAL/PERSONAL/STUDENT:
You are free to use this in any non-commercial context. A link back when possible to the deviation or my account (emstock) is appreciated, but not required. A link on the deviation to what you create is VERY appreciated!


COMMERCIAL/NONPERSONAL/COMMISSIONS:
This includes: COMMISSIONS, CONTEST ENTRIES, PRINTS, NON-PERSONAL WEBSITES, and other commercial uses. Basically, where currency exchange of any kind is involved, INCLUDING VIRTUAL CURRENCY. 

Use the COMMISSION WIDGET found at emstock to purchase accordingly. Your options are:

- 10 to purchase a piece of stock for personal commission/artist/other amateur use (small projects under $500)
- 100 to purchase a piece of stock for larger ventures
- 1000 to purchase the ENTIRE GALLERY for a single project or individual.

The entire gallery may also be purchased using Paypal for $10. Please e-mail emperial(-at-)gmail(-dot-)com for Paypal inquiries.


REGARDING ADVERTISEMENT PROFITS:
If you are using my stock on a website where you receive advertising revenue, that is considered commercial usage. Because advertising revenue is so small, you may defer payment until such a time as the stock fee is less than 2.5% of your revenue. So, for usage of a single stock image ($.10), you only need pay once you've received $4 or more in advertising revenue. That would cover you for any further revenue up to $500.
