I'm currently in a workshop right now and I should be taking notes and paying attention but I'm bored as hell.
Wanted to try out the new journal skin and header. Still got a lot on DA to try customizing
Anyway, thanks for everyone who commissioned me in the past month. I finally finished all of them (including shipoment and everything; not all of them posted here yet)
Some things learned from the recent batch of commissions:
- Shipping cost was a bit more than I expected, especially international, if using services outside of USPS, and USPS sucks . I should put this note in the commissions detail if they want the physical copy. Should I be charging more for giving away the original copy? I've seen some people do that but at some extreme prices, like 3 times the original.
- I think I can adjust and bump up the prices a little. I might be giving another try with higher prices and see how that goes. But I can't help but be a bit self-conscious about the proportionality between price and quality X: I guess I won't find out until I raise the price enough and someone complains about the price lol
- And uh..hmm. I guess that's it for now
I'm still open for commission o3o
Edit: Another thing I learned from posting this journal...the journal header is too wide OTL Everything is getting cut off. LOL
Edit: Oh good I can scale it down
