This came out really well. What was I doing right those days that I am no longer doing?

I've seen some of these drawings before, have you place your drawings on the dinoforum site?

I don't really want to criticize peoples' work at all... but since your tab said "Advanced Critique Encouraged"...

nice texture...:-)

There is only one problem that I have with this drawing - "perspective" (Probably just be me anyway...). The horizon is a little bit high, the reason I said that is due to the placement of its feet (They are almost in line with each other, which imply that the ground plane is in a flatter / lower angle. If your eye plane is correct and since the animal is standing flat, the placement of those feet is likely to be spread out more. And this makes the animal looked out of place). You can think of the whole animal as a box and imagine the outer edge of the feet as the corner of the box (roughly). It will be quite easy to work out exactly where the horizon line is (connect those points to the horizon).

I hope i didn't sound too harsh :-)

pretty goo. it's beak should be more sharper and defined and have sharper claws.

I digress. The beak doesn't need to be that sharp. As for the claws, we'll see.
