Riojasaurus incertus by EmperorDinobot Riojasaurus incertus by EmperorDinobot
Riojasaurus may have been the real first sauropod. Unlike other ';prosauropods', it was difficult for riojasaurus to get up in a bipedal posture. Its remains hail from Argentina.

I drew it kinda robust on purpose.

I saw this picture before! It was before a Sarcosuchus, an after a Quetzalcoatlus!

Hardy har har :|

The bigger sauropods are far...bonier than this dino. Believe me. But for a prosauropod, this guy was pretty heavy.

You know, you could write and illustrate a dictionary on dinosaurs. I'd read it.

You really should draw them from more than one pose from time to time, expand your horizons.

The neck connecting to its body bothers me slightly
But its texture and limbs and claws are quite impressivly drawn

Should be a bit lower, right? I thought so too, but I decided to give this animal a ';proud' posture. But it's still a bit...fake looking, right? Good observation.
