Muttaburrasaurus langdoni by EmperorDinobot Muttaburrasaurus langdoni by EmperorDinobot
Muttaburrasaurus is an Australian dinosaur that's probably closer to Tenontosaurus than it is to Iguanodon, as previously thought.

Meh. I like leaving my ornithopods skinny. They just look better that way. Besides, Muttaburrasaurus is probably more related to the skinnier ornithopods than the larger more robust iguanodontids. Muttaburrasaurus' skeleton is faaar more gracile looking than that of an Iguanodon, or even a Camptosaurus (camptosaurus has really big leg bones, lol)

Current reconstructions of this animal tie it very much with the Iguanodontids, but in reality not much is known about this dinosaur's osteology. Just a head, couple of verts, couple of limb bones, and so on.

:icondewlap: gave it a fair amount of attention. That's where I based it from.
