Cryolophosaurus is a dinosaur that was found in Antarctica. Its most distinguishing feature was the strange crest on its head. Its name literally means "Frozen crested reptile".
Weird name, it has cry in it but love it!!!
on Fossil Fighters (the game) they don't put the crest and if they did (in which I cannot see it) it's too small
you should send this to the Prehistoric Times, they're looking for Cryolophosaurus illustrations until June
were crylophosaurus and monolophosaurus actually related? ...i'm confused ...i don't know with this one, i was bored...
New studies point towards that cryolophosaurus is more related to Dilophosaurus (And if I'm not mistaken, they always make Monolophosaurus more primitive than it looks), so getting Cryolophosaurus out of Tetanurae and put with coelophysoidea...but left Monolophosaurus closer to Allosaurus and its allies.
here we go, first dino on your pages whose name i recognized. I need to keep up!
I draw dinos that are little publicized.
He's pretty. I want to give him a cookie so he can torture it.
Oooooh! Nice markings and shading. Beautiful anatomy! This is unique and refreshing to see.
I'm guessing Pangaea antartica?
very strange crest for a theropod. Makes me wonder if it's not just a one-time deformity ^_^'
Heh, probably not.
