TMNT 2012 Pigeon Pete Re-design

After watching the TMNT show from 2012 me and my friend thought it be a fun idea to try and re-design some mutants✨

I choose Pigeon Pete. I wanted to lean on more of the pigeon part of the character and give him a rounder body like the bird and to include some of his humanity I decided to make the torso and arms more human. ✨
