Confused

I haven't been able to draw anything proper in a while because I recently gotten a job and I been sick for a week. Now this is the fist thing I draw idk what this is  
I saw a random image of a cat with a note on it's head with he word gay written on it and I thought it would be fun to draw Astor with a similar note lol.

and if Astor is gay or not, he would say 'I can't neither confirm nor deny'
