I wanted to comment, but I was not able. It's always a pleasure to have a look at your site, and this then-now picture is cool. The former one was great too, but the change is visible. You create nice sculptures :)

I'm starting to sculpt as well. What kind of stiff wire should I use when making something elaborate like a eastern dragon or a cat?

You have such an amazing skill! I've always wanted to try my hand at this... but I recently made a hobby horse for a cosplay and realized just how terrible I am and why I should never even attempt something like that.

Hey now, don't be discouraged! I was making stuff for 1 or 2 YEARS before I felt that I was good enough to put my stuff on line. And I'm still not great, not by a long shot! I actually learned almost everything I knew from poking around the internet (and especially EmilySculpts' gallery) for tutorials and WIPs and whatnot. Just start small and I know you will get somewhere! And feel free to ask me if you have any questions. Of course I don't know everything but I can try to help! :)

No problem! It's sometimes hard to not feel inadequate, especially next to someone who's been sculpting for 15+ years! I just try to be better than I was last time, and turn everything into a learning experience. You can't go wrong if you approach it that way!
