Description
For Photoshop CS4 (should still work for other photoshops)
Directions:
Just download the file, (in the upper right) double click the zipped folder, then double click the ACTIONS file and it will appear in your actions on photoshop.
To use, open the photo you want to use the effect on in photoshop, then play Action1. That's all there is to it, pretty easy huh?
