This is a pet portrait commission for ~Morgannon of her lovely pet Budgie, Sky. Ironically, sky has a really tiny rainbow finch on his birdy shoulder. What would be even more ironic is if Sky was a sparrow named Jack. *drum rulls* Ah these puns.... Enjoy!
