Klarak Si Tam Ref

The Klarak Si Tam are the main species of the libertarian and highly capitalist "Pan-Galactic Trade Association", who are constantly vying for galactic control with the more military-minded Bem-Stror and their "Union of Stellar Communities".

Their government, Klarak Incorporated, is a subsidiary and founding member of the Association alongside the Tokodei Trade League, Union of Iriksia, and Ai’Laira Transtellar in an effort to consolidate trade in the early days of galactic trade and communication, eventually forming the Galactic stock market and minting the Standard Credit (aka Creds, Stands, Eskies, Kromer).

The Association preaches the ideologies of libertarianism, free trade, and a general "vote with your wallet" type of democracy. It skirts the line between being a traditional state and a megacorporation, with a near-even split between the two governance types when it comes to the functions of their member organizations.

Many of their worlds are highly urbanized and filled with commercial outlets, with the populace seen as both customers and employees.
