Description
Hi Everyone, This Massive Mud Cake I Did For My Daughter Bryhony's 18th Birthday ... She Is A Huge Fan Of The South Park Cartoon So What Better Than To Have Her & Boyfriend Richard As Characters In South Park ...
The Milk Chocolate Mud Cake Was About ...
24 Inches Long x 4 Inches Deep x 6 Inches High ...
Cut Out Of One Cake 14 Inch Square ...
Covered & Piped In Milk Chocolate Fudge ...
White & Green Plastic Fondant Icing ...
The Figures, Rats & Bus Sign Were All Done In Flood Work With Royal Icing
( Pure Icing Sugar & Egg White ) ... Which Is Just Piping The Outline Of A Picture On Baking Paper With Firm Royal Icing Then Filling In Each Section With A Runnier Mixture To Build Up The Picture ... But You Have To Let Each Colour Dry Otherwise They Run Together ... They Took Ages , I Also Turned Them Over When Done & Flooded The Back With A Skewer In Each To Stand Them Up ... They're Very Fragile So Flooding The Back Makes Them Much Stronger ...
Then I Just Drew In The Details With A Non Toxic Marker ...
See My Bunnykins Cake Tutorial, For An Idea Of How You Do Flood Work ...
Total 17 Hours ... But Took About A Month To Eat It All ...
It Weighed About 12 Kilo's
Please See Southpark Cake 002, 003, 004 For Closeups ...
Sorry About The Crappy Pics, I Still Can't Afford That New Camera I Want ...
Thanks For Looking ...
Any Questions Comments Appreciated ... Cheers Mark
