Whoa! Speaking of popping neon colors! Rickshaw guy and dragon make a return with a whole new host of colorful characters. Great scene with so many interesting corners to explore. I'll have to soak in the three closeup shots.
I'm coveting that mecha-canine. That's a cool new (or old) character I've yet to see anywhere.
