Anthony and Paul tried to be discreet with their bullying. Not that they needed to, because the school could care less, but for some other reason I couldn’t possibly fathom. Certainly, people had seen my humiliations, but the numbers were few and far between, and more often than not, their other friends.
That day, Anthony had texted me to meet him and Paul in the locker room again, threatening a punishment much worse than just a wedgie if I didn’t show up.
