Saw your interview with Boom. It was great to see and hear from the artist himself! You almost gave away too much on Sheva, but it was all good fun. You're famous! I enjoyed it.:D (Big Grin) :happybounce:  At last, I know how to pronounce your name, that was very helpful.

LOL, just call me Zeu for short, I use that pseudonym everywhere, it's my childhood nickname and much less of a mouthfull. ^_^

I'm really glad you've enjoyed it, Richard really carried most of the workload there, getting the kickstarter set up and negotiating the stuff with the printers. That's the hard part of this artsy thing. :)

Like Zeus, lol. My name is Richard, too, there are a lot of us, like Richard (Dick) Grayson, aka Nightwing. You are very prolific, you have much more work than seen on DA. Excellence.
Sorry to brother u again but I just need to confine with someone a bit about
Being a artist when you have the drive but It's so hard when you feel like
I don't make any progress when I want to improve futher where I feel like
My artwork doesn't feel like fan art for atleast.
If you are stuck in a rut, and it happens to everyone from time to time, I found it helps sometimes to go out, take your mind off things, look at the world with newer eyes, drink in the works from other artists and seek inspiration from other mediums.
Hey Eliseu It's been a while and I was wondering If I ask u about How struggling it is
Sometimes being an artist can be such as the use of Photo references which can
too boring when u re use it too much when U can't draw what u want y'know.
It's very tough to bear sometimes.
Hey, Hersiali, it's been a while! :)

I use lots of references, especially for titles such as Stargate Atlantis/Universe and yeah, after a while it feels like it's constricting your creativity.

It's why I use them mostly as guidelines, to see how, for instances, a F-22 would look from this or that angle and then add a personal take on the perspective or the foreshortening.

I've been drawing cartoony style a lot lately, so it's very liberating to look at something and trying to cartoon-ify it.

That tendency has started to bleed into my more reallistic style and it can be quite enjoyable sometimes to "bend" the rules.
