New Zealand by elfik-traktor New Zealand by elfik-traktor

Now, 60 million years after humanity's disappearance from Earth, New Zealand looks completely different than it used to in our times. Two main Islands connected and formed a bigger land mass. Also smaller Island enlarged. Whole archipelago of New Zealand is further to the north and it lies in subtropical zone so climate is warm and wet. Most of isles are covered with rainforests but there are savannas in some of northern parts of archipelago and tops of highest mountains are deforested and snowy for most of the year. This land is ruled by creatures even more strange than it itself. Though there are few successful groups of mammals in here birds are far more common and varied and true rulers of New Zealand are gigantic reptiles

Really interesting and well done! I love future projects that focus on one single continent, probably because that's sort of how I started my own. Although I'm a bit curious on something; I would think that N. Zealand would actually be quite a bit larger than that by 60 million years, maybe almost reaching its full actual size. But I could be wrong though.
