Skri, the Eighth Nazgul

Meet the Eighth Nazgûl - or Skri, as he is called in "The Circles," my Lord of the Rings fanfiction. This is how I imagine Skri's appearance in the wraith world. In the story, Morgul Wine is a strange green liquor which glows of its own accord and can cause some pretty powerful hallucinations - and perhaps death - in the living. Though the exact ingredients are a closely guarded secret, they are rumored to include honey from flowers growing in the Morgul Vale...

Skri was originally a king of a small country in Rhûn, but now he dwells in Minas Morgul as one of the Nazgûl. He often acts as a messenger for the Witch-king and Sauron, delivering important missives by air mail (fell beast ). He is a gloomy and melancholy sort, although he also experiences fits of mania and creative genius. Skri is still grieving over his deceased girlfriend, who died many, many years ago. Through spells and dark magick, he keeps her corpse perfectly preserved, and occasionally animates it when he wants company... Skri is obsessed with death, and envies those who die in battle, as they get to leave this life while he is forced to remain upon Arda. He often entertains delusional beliefs that he is a servant of Mandos, the Judge of the Dead.

Skri cares little for his appearance and often sports long, greasy hair and unkempt, tattered clothing. He is a musician, his favorite instruments being the pipe organ and flute. He also has a mischievous streak and can be a bit of a trickster. He likes to drink, and he gets his jollies out of sneaking up on unsuspecting people and asking them to name their favorite alcoholic beverage. Most people run in terror from the scary Nazgûl. Even the other Ringwraiths think Skri is creepy.

As for Skri, he's still searching for a drinking buddy...
