...even if you don't want to!
Sorry this isn't very funny, but it was more of practice at page layout then anything else.
So this is my version of how Blade and Midna met, which was inspired by
's picture ^^ I was trying for a more comic book feel and I think it worked quite well
A little conservative with Midna's markings since King Ghidorah doen't really do body shots...
A lot of fun to do.
EDIT:
Due to popular demand this has been extended into a full comic.
POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!

Your awesome at this sort of thing you know, you need to stop being so modest. I'm something of an artist my self I suppose, but I'm still learning. Although every time I show someone something I drew they insist I must have traced it. Do you ever get that? My usual way of learning is by drawing from pictures I find on the internet. If you have any advise for me I'd be really thankful.
By the way, Blade and Midna meeting is just too cool.
The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess rocks!
PLEASE REPLY!!!

I don't think I get people saying I trace stuff often, but I know I used to get people thinking that something I had done was printed or was orginally there (I tend to draw on a lot of scrap so it looks like it's just part of the design I guess), but I don't get that much any more. Probably because I draw constantly, so people can simply see that I'm not tracing.
Drawing from pictures and photos is a great way to start. The only advise I can think to give someone just starting out is to... not stop!
just draw, and draw often. Doesn't matter if it's good or not, it's just practice. After a while you'll just get used to basic shapes and should start to be more confident at drawing from memory. Also, if you're havily referencing, try not to just use one image to draw from, use several with similar poses and try to blend them into the pose of whatever you want to draw. You will come across a lot of people who will say that you shouldn't use photos and basically imply that if you do you are stealing/tracing/coping etc. but this is not true, nearly all profesional artists use refrences regually in their art. The difference is that they rarely copy a reference to 100%.
