I don't use DA as much anymore; the place has changed so much since I joined 6 years ago. DA is a magnificent site and a great resource for photographers and artists - in fact, I don't think I'd be doing photography today if I hadn't joined up to this site. I spent countless hours perusing through all the wonderful work here, and it served as a great source of inspiration while I honed and developed my skills as a photographer, learning from alot of photographers on here; and I can confidently say I have come a long way. An Argentinian artist is opening an exhibition of photographs that he has collected on the streets of Buenos Aires, particularly in the suburbs of Once and Paternal, from trashbins and garbage bags to sidewalks.
Pablo Cruz Aguire has selected 1500 photos from a collection of thousands that he has collected over the past 15 years, grouping them in various categories such as family life, couples, holidays, and ripped or incomplete photos have been gathered into a section called 'peices'.
These photographs can be viewed online before they are due to go on display in a Buenos Aires Museum.
