Blue Rose has to be one of my favorite designs from Tiger and Bunny! And you pull her off really well!
The seams look seamless, and overall the costume looks very professional. Your fabric choices are PERFECT both in color and type. And you are quite adorable too! I also love your lipstick XD It looks very glittery, what brand is it? The only blue lipstick I've been able to find has been matte.

Your eye makeup is lovely and you dd a fabulous job coloring your eyebrows (Which I've seen a lot of people do badly when cosplaying Blue Rose).
