Snow Flitter

Next wallpaper in my line... going along with the seasons, this one is obviously for winter.

EDIT: I changed the gradient in the back to include a darker blue at the bottom.

I used brushes/vectors for the swirls and snowflakes but had them for so long that I don't remember who they're from.
