Before I begin, this will be full of random emoticons so deal with it.

So it's just turned New Year's Eve here in the

. Which means in 23 hours and 16 minutes it will be 2012. What are you going to be doing? I will be sitting (or standing) and watching the fireworks from Primrose Hill in London with mates from work. Here's hoping that even it the weak is shit, we'll still have fun.

Anyway, I'm not sure if I've done a journal about this but who cares?

LOOKS FREAKING AWESOME! Martin Freeman looks so cute as young Bilbo. Ian McKellen looks awesome

. And the dwarfs look so cool too (Aidan Turner is still gorgeous, even though he's going to be playing a dwarf. But still. Very. Hot). And it's coming out on the 14th December which means I can see it before the

supposedly ends (seriously, who actually believes that shit?)

But I am mega excited and have been reading The Hobbit on my shiny new Kindle. I only have 4 books on it (The Hobbit, Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, The Woman in Black and The Tell-Tale Heart)

I've also been doing a lot of writing for Arlos recently but I can't type it up on Word because it keeps coming up with this window that says "There is not enough memory or disk space to run Word". Any suggestions to get it working again?
