There is no set lore on what makes a Wyvern or a Dragon. There are multiple lores as what defines a Dragon.

I’m all for catching out art thieves but I think you’re wrong this time. This image was created and uploaded in 2005, giving people plenty of time to steal it, including the app people. Apps and wallpapers websites are infamous for stealing people’s work on the web and using it as options for wallpaper.
