For the Month of Love 2017, 'Secrets'.
Wow,how long do you draw?
Over 15 years. If you''re asking for this painting specifically, it took me a couple days from start to finish.
Since i plan to be artist for a living when i grow up i wanted to ask you if its not too personal how do you make money?Do u only sell prints on deviantart?
Hi there! I'm only working part-time so I don't have much of an income from art to speak of: we're talking some 2k a year. The bulk of it, in my case, comes from commissions: book and album covers, private character / portrait commissions, some concept art for films. Very little comes from prints (but I know other artists who do very well with selling prints). There are many career paths one can take, all in all. I recommend an excellent blog, Muddy Colors, with contributors among the best illustrators and art directors out there. Check Artstation, too, which is more concept art oriented. You can make a living out of art, but you need to work around, network, keep your eyes open.
