I must admit I was a little taken aback and feel a little undeserving of the praise, because in all honesty this is more or less a quick sketch and I didn't put much thought in its composition or all its elements. I can't say I had some particular person in mind - it was more of an archetypical image come to me without much thinking. I wanted her to look not quite real, hence blending her form with the ground and surroundings. I could say I hoped that, in that way, people seeing this would read into it what they wanted.
