This is just a quick little update to notify everyone that I have a new website! I recently got married, and decided to do the whole name change thing. . . . It's been interesting. I'm still not used to signing my new name.
ANYWAY! My new website is below, and if you like twitter or tumble or would like to buy prints, you can get to all of that through there:

I would also like to say that I am SUPER FREAKING PUMPED after attending Spectrum Fantastic Art Live! Hopefully this experience will help me gain momentum on some personal projects I have been putting off.
This was my third year attending, and my first year with a booth (that I shared with two other very talented ladies). The first year I went I was straight out of school. I was fortunate to have a few portfolio reviews at that time to nudge my work in the right direction, but was so star struck that I could barely talk to people. The next year went a bit better socially, but overall I left feeling a little defeated, and wondering if this Freelanceing thing was still something I wanted to pursue. The next year I wasn't able to go at all. . . . .This year, I left the show excited and ready to make more work.
I wasn't able to get any of the formal portfolio reviews this year, but our booth received visits from a lot of artists and other awesome people I would have been nervous to approach on my own in the past. Dan Dos Santos, Brom, Cynthia Shepherd, Noah Bradley and Wylie Beckert were a few of our visitors. When I did have time to wander the show, I managed to visit a bit with a great deal of talent. It was a humbeling and encouraging experience, and the feedback I received from artists and non-artists was invaluable.
SO EXCITED! I can't wait for next year!
